Rebecca Skillman is a certified birth doula, childbirth educator & mother of six. She is one of very few certified doulas fully contracted with Medicaid in Eastern NC, offering free services to Medicaid members. She envisions The Mother Haven as a place where mothers can find support from a "third-party perspective" and come away more confident & prepared with the tools they need to succeed. She also invites other instructors to host classes & gatherings at The Mother Haven.
